the day started very bad idk what happened to me but I was struggling to understand things and my brain was hot the entire time, I think it’s due to eating sugar and not having a good sleep + wake up routine.

I think I should avoid using screens before bed and after waking up, I should also avoid using youtube as soon as I wake up, many small bad habits like this they seem to effect my next day mood heavily, I should look out for these terrible habits and cut them off or try to prevent them.
